You're buying a handmade object, made especially for you at the time of your order
It may differ from that of photography.
Not being made at the factory in the series, but a craft Italian product,
it may have air bubbles or other small imperfections that make it unique
and this is its beauty. Each ring is a unique piece in the world!
The moment we receive your order and your payment we will get to work
and we require between 6 and 10 days at most to crare your ring.
We exclude all liability for incorrect use, or perishability over time
if while ensuring the load testing and defining of the safety parameters of the same.
Shipment
The delivery timing varies from state to state and in different periods of the year,
we exclude any liability of shipment regarding delays, the damage or loss but we always
strive to ensure a solid professional packaging and delivery by professional courier.
You can change your mind in the first three days of creation (except for requests for custom products), in that case the customer will receive a full refund of amount sent; when the object is delivered to the courrier the customer no longer has more right of withdrawal.
Keep in mind that for some countries could add additional customs fees.
